2. Subject of the Contract

This contract governs the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the buyer via the website (info@bouslashipping.com) in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed and confirmed the essential details of the product, as well as their rights and obligations, before completing the purchase electronically.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information. The seller reserves the right to suspend the order if incorrect information is suspected.

4. Contract Date and Force Majeure

The contract becomes effective from the date the buyer places the order. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, war, disturbances, legal changes, etc.), the affected party is exempt from obligations until the situation is resolved. If the situation persists for 30 days, either party may terminate the contract.

5. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

  • The seller is obliged to provide the product as specified in the order unless force majeure occurs.
  • The seller is not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical failures or electronic manipulation.
  • Order processing begins upon receipt of the payment in the seller’s bank account or confirmation of electronic payment.

6. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

  • The buyer is obliged to pay for the order using the selected payment method.
  • The buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed the essential details of the product and their rights.
  • The buyer agrees not to damage the product or its packaging if they wish to return it.

7. Order and Payment Procedures

Payment can be made through:

  • Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard)
  • Bank Transfer to the company's account
  • Cash on Delivery

If the product cannot be supplied after payment, the buyer will be notified and refunded within 14 days.

8. Shipping and Delivery Procedures

  • Products are delivered to the buyer’s address via the contracted shipping company.
  • Delivery takes 7 business days, which may be extended by an additional 10 days if necessary.
  • If the package is damaged, the buyer must refuse it and notify the seller immediately.

9. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason, provided the product and its packaging remain undamaged.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product, except in cases of misuse-related damage.

10. Confidentiality

The company commits not to share the buyer’s personal data except in cases required by legal authorities.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be referred to the courts and consumer protection authorities in Bursa.
